What the
Cpt will Do For You
Step One: Consultation – We begin with a consultation
to decide what your list of considerations are for your new home.
These considerations include what features you want in your home
such as how many bedrooms, how many bathrooms, what area you want
to live in, size of home, how much home you can afford, how you
will finance the purchase, etc.
Step Two: Search for all homes that meet your criteria – We
will search the Multiple Listings for every home that meets your
“must have” criteria. We can also search for your “preferred”
features to get you into the home of your dreams, if possible.
Step Three: Schedule appointments to view homes – We will
schedule the appointments in order for you to do a “walk through”
the homes we have chosen so that you can see for yourself if they
meet your expectations.
Step Four: Give advice on the market conditions and values of the
viewed homes – WE REPRESENT YOU so we want to provide the
best advice on the homes you have picked. We will give you expert
advice on the market conditions and home values of the homes and
areas you are considering.
Step Five: Give advice and assist in writing and submitting the
contract – Once you have made a decision on the home you want
to purchase, we will continue to provide expert advice. We will
assist you by writing the contract and submitting it to the seller.
Step Six: Attend closing and answer any questions that arise –
We will be with you throughout the entire home buying process to
include attending the closing. We will be there every step of the
way to answer any questions you might have as they present themselves.
Step Seven: Reminder for Homestead exemption for taxes – To
reinforce our commitment to customer satisfaction, at the beginning
of the new year we will send out a letter reminding you to apply
for the Homestead Exemption in your county.
