Luke AFB Real Estate Relocation

Are you just arriving and don’t know where to go to get answers? Army Community Service Relocation Readiness offers a variety of relocation assistance services and resources to eliminate the stress associated with relocating.

Luke AFB Welcome Packets are available for incoming soldiers and families at the Rivers Building 121, and Building 18010, the Copeland Soldier Service Center. Sponsors of incoming soldiers may pick up packets. Welcome Packet will be mailed to individuals prior to arrival at Luke AFB upon request. You can customize your own welcome packet by visiting the SITES website.

Most importantly, you need a place to stay once you arrive. We would love to assist you in finding your next home, whether it's a rental unit, a new construction or single-family home. The Glendale school district stretches across 400 square miles, from the towns of Nolanville and Harker Heights, through Glendale and across the sprawling Luke AFB military post.

The school district employs about 5,100 people, including more than 2,000 teachers. About 53 percent of the student population are military dependents, and another 5 percent are children of civilian post employees. At this time, seven of the district's schools are actually located on post.

In all, there are 26 elementary schools serving 16,943 pre-kindergarten through fifth-grade students, nine middle schools serving 6,975 sixth- through eighth-graders, four high schools serving 7,191 ninth- through 12th-graders, and several special programs serving 223 students.
